Managing Loop Content
Adding Items
Open a loop and click Add Item to add content. You have two options:
- Link an existing social post — Choose from social posts you’ve already created. The loop will use that post’s content, hashtags, media, and format. Linked items stay in sync with the original post.
- Create standalone content — Write content directly for the loop. Standalone items have their own text, format, hashtags, link, and media fields.
Content Fields for Standalone Items
- Content — The text of your post.
- Format — The post format (e.g. text, image, video, carousel).
- Hashtags — A set of hashtags to include.
- Link — An optional URL to include in the post.
- Media — Images or video to attach.
Reordering Items
Items are posted in the order they appear. Drag and drop items to rearrange them. The loop will follow the new order starting from its current position.
Importing Items from CSV
To add items in bulk, click Import on the loop detail page and upload a CSV file. Each row becomes a new loop item. The CSV should include columns for:
content— The post text (required)hashtags— Comma-separated hashtags (optional)link— A URL (optional)
Imported items are appended to the end of the loop in the order they appear in the file.
Platform Qualification
Not every item will qualify for every platform. Each platform has specific requirements:
- Instagram — Requires media (image or video), max 2,200 characters.
- Pinterest — Requires an image, max 500 characters.
- Facebook — Max 63,206 characters.
- LinkedIn — Max 3,000 characters.
On the loop detail page, each item shows which platforms it qualifies for and which it doesn’t, along with the reason. Add media or shorten your text to qualify for more platforms.
Editing and Removing Items
Click any standalone item to edit its content. Linked items cannot be edited directly — update the original social post instead. To remove an item, click the remove button. Remaining items are automatically reordered to fill the gap.
