Creating a Social Loop

Starting a New Loop

Navigate to Loops from your dashboard and click Create Loop. You’ll configure the loop’s details, target platforms, and posting schedule before adding content.

Loop Details

Name

Give your loop a descriptive name so you can identify it later — for example, “Weekly Tips” or “Product Highlights.”

Description (Optional)

Add a short description to remind yourself what this loop is for. This is only visible to you.

Target Platforms

Select one or more platforms where this loop should post: Instagram, Facebook, Pinterest, or LinkedIn. Items in the loop will be checked against each platform’s requirements before posting.

Setting Up Schedules

Schedules determine when your loop posts. Each schedule is a combination of a day of the week and a time of day.

For example, to post every Monday and Thursday at 9:00 AM, add two schedules:

  • Monday at 9:00 AM
  • Thursday at 9:00 AM

You can add as many schedules as you need. Each schedule fires independently, so the loop can post multiple times per day if you want.

Per-Schedule Platform Override

By default, each schedule uses the loop’s target platforms. You can optionally override this on individual schedules to post to a specific platform at a specific time. For example, post to Instagram on Mondays and LinkedIn on Wednesdays — all within the same loop.

Activating and Pausing

New loops start in a paused state so you can add content before anything goes live. When you’re ready, click the Activate toggle on the loop detail page. You can pause and resume a loop at any time without losing your place in the rotation.

Tip: All schedule times use your brand’s timezone. Make sure your timezone is set correctly in Settings → Brand so posts go out when you expect.
